3. Damaged or Incorrect Delivery
In rare cases, if your artwork arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:
* Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proper unboxing video proof.
* We will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution (replacement or correction). Your replacement order will be delivered within in 7 days. .
5. Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled once they are confirmed, as work begins immediately on customized pieces.
